Sponsorship Opportunities

Dear Community Merchant/Vendor,

The Hopatcong Volunteer Fire Department will host the 103rd Annual Sussex County Firemen's Association Inspection Day & Parade on Saturday, October 7, 2023, at 1 PM. This will also be the 100th Anniversary Parade of the Hopatcong Fire Department! The day will consist of many events, including the judging of various types of vehicles and fire apparatus, a parade thru town involving many Fire, EMS, and Civic groups, and a firefighter hose laying competition. The day will conclude with food and beverage, music, and awarding of numerous trophies based on various categories.

Due to the cost and expenses associated with planning/running such an event, and our organization being a strictly volunteer department that operates mainly off of donations from our very supportive community, we are asking our local businesses in the area to come forward and take advantage of one of our various sponsorship opportunities. With doing so, your business name will be announced numerous times throughout the day as well as displayed on signs at the conclusion of the parade. You also have the opportunity to select an Overall Trophy at a cost of $250, First Place Trophy at a cost of $200, or a Second Place Trophy at a cost of $150. These trophies will have your business' name on them and will be presented to various participating units at the end of the parade based on the decisions of the judging.
